Using Non-Owner Slot Adjustment

1. At the Item field, enter the item which needs a slot adjustment.

If you are uncertain of the item code, see Navigating Net Yield - Selecting an Item.

2. Enter the customer ID code for the non-owned inventory customer whose slotCollapsed needs to be adjusted.

If you are uncertain of the customer code, see Navigating Net Yield - Selecting a Customer ID Code.

3. A Select A Location window will appear; select the slotted location that the inventory is stored in. If there is only one slotted location there will not be an option to select a location.

4. A Lots window will appear and list the lots for the item and location selected. The following columns will display within the lots window:

 

Scroll to the lot which has the slots that need to be changed. You can change the quantity in the slot or move the quantity from one slot to another. Press Enter. An asterisk will appear indicating the lot has been selected. Press F10 to enter the slot selection window.

5. A Slots window opens and displays all slots and associated information within the selected lot. Here, you will only have access to information that resides within the QTY SLOTTED column/fields. The following fields will display:

 

Enter the changes to each slot in the quantity slotted and press F10 to exit. The total lot quantity must be slotted or you will get a system warning.

6. Command options will appear:

 

Important: Your changes will not be saved unless you select Update.
